Job Description

1.Chinese-English and English-Chinese translation of patent application documents;

2.Responding to domestic and foreign patent examination office actions;

3.Preparation and submission of both domestic and foreign patent application documents;

4.Responding to client inquiries regarding foreign patent matters;

5.Other tasks related to patent agency work in foreign cases.

Qualifications

1.CET-6 or above, or with over 500,000 words of translation experience;

2.Familiar with the patent systems and document requirements of China, the United States, Europe, Japan, and South Korea, with experience in responding to more than 50 office actions;

3.Preferred if having more than one year of writing experience or more than one year of foreign patent agency experience;

4.Patent agent qualification preferred;

5.Technical fields: Electrical Engineering (Automation, Computer, Communications, Semiconductors, Electronics, etc.), Mechanical Engineering (Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation), Chemistry, Biomedicine, and other science and engineering backgrounds;

6.Outstanding fresh graduates can apply for assistant positions.
